Botree Software International Private Limited (BSIPL), formerly known as Botree Software International Limited was started in 1997, as a Product Development and Internet Solutions company, offering a range of downstream Supply Chain Management (SCM) products. Apart from downstream supply chain, we also execute turnkey projects by offering development and technical services.

 

We are the first IT Service provider to gain membership to the "Efficient Consumer Response" (ECR) Forum in India, a consortium of FMCG Companies, started in December 1999, aimed at providing better deals & services to the Indian consumer; meaning lower costs, new products and fewer stock outs, as expected by them.

Today, Botree follows stringent quality standards in development, services and customer support. There are regular audits conducted to measure compliance and increase quality consciousness.

Strict compliance to processes and quality standards are followed to ensure we always create quality solutions and products.
 
Methodology

 

Requirements Gathering & Gap Analysis: Requirements are gathered from the client and mapped by Botrees Business Analysts to the product selected by the customer.

 

Design, Development & Testing : This phase consists of creating technical documents based on the gap analysis document and starting the development activity to close the gaps that have been identified during the analysis phase. Once the development is completed, the solution is tested before it is released to the customer.

 

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : During this phase, the clients test the deliverables and confirm that the solutions provided conform to the requirement specifications and their business process.

 

Implementation & Support - We retain a strong presence of in-house support personnel comprising of Customer Support Executives and Zonal Coordinators for all four zones at Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata. Our support personnel have the invaluable experience of implementation and supporting over 3000 distributor points pan India.
