Stocky Console is a middleware solution that interfaces sytems in the downstream supply chain with the Corporate ERP, handing over data flow control to the corporate business.
Stocky Console enables corporates to control the flow of master data, pricing, product promotions, claims and transactional information like purchase invoice, from the Corporate ERP to the downstream supply chain. Conversely, it will also help corporates gain critical information on stock & sales from the downstream supply chain more accurately, by integrating with our "Stocky @ Distributor" DMS (Distributor Management System) product.
Stocky console increases transparency of data available across the downstream supply chain. Distributor's inventory receipts, distributor's sales & stock data, scheme utilization, claim details and other transactional information is transferred from Core Stocky (DMS at the distributor point) to Stocky Console. This data which is reposited in Console can be analyzed to make better & informed business decisions.
Stocky Console enables integration with critical transaction information passing between ERP, Stocky Console and DMS. Critical transactional information such as sales orders and claims can be passed over to the Corporate ERP for invoice processing and claim settlement.
Enables flow of relelvant transaction data between the systems in the downstream supply chain and to the ERP system.
Exerts greater control over the distributors and helps to establish corporate governance.
Prevents manipulation/manual intervention in data transfer.
MIS Reporting - Facilitates presentation of data in structured formats which provide a snapshot of business performance and serve as a platform for better decision making. The Sales force can use the Console through internet and access data relevant to them.
