| I am pleased to share that the Distributor Replenishment e-automated Module (DRe-aM), the web base system established in association with Botree International is a successful process simplification and standardization effort to improve Customer Service. Order capturing process is synchronized with lube sales to Trade Channel (Distributors and Retailers) with actual demand movement. DRe-aM system is helped in optimizing product mix availability across the value chain to support sales transformation with minimal interventions. DRe-aM also reduces road safety risks by introducing order cycles, minimum order quantity, load planning & other order management processes; including financial controls. Overall, a great system helped to manage business effectively and improved customer service to great extend. I thank Botree for the expertise and their dedication to deliver such a wonderful tool.
